| CREDITS & CLAIMS: Claims for returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Authorization must be obtained prior to any return. Customer mistakes may be returned, if purchased from stock, after Best Event Products approves your return at your own expense. There will be a 25% restocking charge applied to these returns. We will only accept returns in original cartons. There are no returns on "special order" items. All request for credit due to damage in shipping MUST be made within 15 DAYS. In case of missing items or cartons BEP MUST be notified within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. |
| PRICING: All prices listed are cost per piece and are F.O.B. Clifton, New Jersey. They do not include shipping and handling charges. The effective dates of price sheets are printed in the lower right hand corner. These dates supercede all prior price sheets. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. |
| SHIPMENT CHARGES: Shipments are F.O.B. warehouse Clifton, New Jersey. Shipments will be made with the lowest cost and most efficient carrier. Charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice, there are additional handling charges which will be added to your freight charges.Best Event Products does not guarantee time in transit or a specific delivery date. Guaranteed delivery can be arranged with the trucking companies, the cost can be expensive, customers are responsible for this additional charge. If customer specifies a specific carrier they must make arrangements with that carrier. The customer's carrier must make arrangements with Best Event Products at least 4 hours prior to pick-up. |
| TERMS: Best Event Products does not offer terms. All orders require payment in advance. We accept company checks, wire transfers, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. |
| DIRECT IMPORTS: On direct import orders, 50% payment is due at time of order and 50% is due at the time the vessel is on the way from China. Direct import orders do NOT qualify for any additional discounts or rebates. |
